Nice forum, a bit surprising that you need to ask this. It's a little bit like this site, a webmaster/business site. So keywords relating to that, and so forth, on a forum a lot of it comes from threads where keywords aren't gonna help anyway, it is the body of the threads that is the big factor. I think it is a nice site.

yo are actually supposed to do the keyword research first and then develop a site around your keyword. no one can tell you which keyword to target and what would be best for you as yo are the one who will need to promote your site and build bakclinks to it. you can use adwords external keyword tool and do some keyword research to see what you can find. then research your competition to see how competitive the terms are and which ones would be ok for you to target
Personally I'd use keywords based on your URL and your title, so pretty obvious in this case.. But as SultanOfSEO said, it's something you really tend to think about before setting everything up because you'll probably want to edit everything once you decide, so you can include the keywords more >.<
