Basically, I am seeking a high-end quality designer to create the "facilities" page for our football manager game which will include have a deep inside-and-out design of the following facilities that users will manage: Headquarters Stadium Training Grounds Youth Academy These facilities will have to follow a "upgrade" pattern meaning users will be able to upgrade them and it will show visually.
