I am on the hunt for established hosts with windows dedicated servers that allow irc, specifically the windows version of IRC. Any suggestions?
Most hosts don't allow IRC on shared servers, but if it's a dedicated server you're after then I'd say that restriction wouldn't apply and mosts host would allow it. You'll need to check with them first but I don't think you'll have any problems.
