Seeking high end vbulletin designer/coder

    I am seeking a high end vbulletin designer/coder to do a complete site redesign for me.

    I need the best of the best and am willing to pay good $ for it.

    This is not simply a skin but a complete site design including custom CMS, mods, custom coding and other customisations.

    Can anybody recommend someone who has done quality work for them?
