Seeking help making Yard Sign in Photoshop

    I am trying to create a Yard Sign that in Photoshop that I have physically drawn. Trying to find a little help with this since I am not much of a designer or artist myself. It is very simple and should only take someone who knew what they were doing about 15 or 20 mins (guessing).

    If anyone has some spare time and is interested in helping me out I would really appreciate it!

    Is this design for a vynal yard sign or full color print? Will make a big difference on the format and design needed.
