    Ok guys,

I've browsed around on this forum, and decided to post what I am seeking.

I am seeking a partner who has excellent programming skills. No, not just "ok" or average, but someone who can:

    - Develop a robust Social Networking site (Must be able to handle heavy traffic)

    - Can create excellent flash video editing tools made available to members of my site

    - Must be able to create great looking graphics and modify existing scripts and plug-ins

Now, that's certainly a tall order isn't it? Of course it is... However, if you have the skills, I have the marketing expertise (I already turned 3 previously failing websites into money makers this past year), and enough sites sitting on the back-burner just waiting to draw in piles of traffic.

My difficulty is constantly paying to get only mediocre work in return. I don't have time to keep telling people to go back, and fix their mistakes. I want to work with someone who is professional, takes pride in their work, and is willing to work with me, in return for 25% of the profits the site will bring in.

Now, I am not going to describe the site on a public forum, so we will need to chat via email or Private Messaging.

Hope to hear from you soon.

As the risk of bumping this post back to the top.

    A. If I was a highly skilled php and flash programer, honestly, would I code your entire site, from the ground up and only get 25% of the profits from a site you run, a domain you own and control completely.

Wow that sounds AWSOME, sign me up!

Professional programmer never "able to create great looking graphics"
You must look for team or company but not one
