    We're seeking a web graphic artist with the following characteristics, traits and skills:

    Self-motivated
    Creative artistic ideas
    Creative marketing ideas
    Ability to design graphics-heavy web pages (graphics+html)
    Ability to design elements such as banners, buttons and icons
    Flash experience
    Professional
    Honest
    English as primary language
    Willingness to communicate by email and phone

    Please provide me (private message is fine) with more information about yourself including how you bill your work (hourly rate, per job, etc), some examples of your past work and your availability in the near future.

    We're looking for a long term relationship with an web artist/designer. We're always working on a few projects.
