    I am looking for a PHP developer with UX/design experience to help me with a WHMCS theming project. I think this should take 3 hours of work. I am looking to hire a developer for on-going on demand projects at $15 per hour.

    If you are based in North America, Europe, Australia or a native English speaking region that would be a huge plus, granted that you speak English well too.
