Seeking : free non-US/Canada based web hosting

    Title says it all. Seeking free web host not based in the USA or Canada. Don't need any whiz-bang features or big bandwith, just basic web hosting not based state side.

    it's just for a political site. but i'd really rather not have it hosted in the US, Canada or any place the US easily exercises their sphere of influence. i know their has to be some non-us/canada free host out there but i just cant find them =(
