I would be interested in receiving proposals from qualified and experienced individuals to promote a forum that I currently own and to help it to reach critical mass. Proposals should answer these questions: 1. Why you are qualified to promote this forum? 2. How can you prove your experience in building successful forums? 3. What is your plan of attack for building this forum to success? 4. What is your expected compensation plan during this phase of construction? The web site to which this forum is attached is PR6, so any efforts spent on building the forum will be quickly rewarded by the search engines. Note that I am not entertaining bids for paid posting. I have deleted many hundreds of paid posts from the forum because their quality was so low it served only to drive off serious posters. This is a broad-based technical forum. To make this forum succeed, you must recruit qualified posters and engage them emotionally into the success of the forum. Making quality posts will certainly be one requirement for this task, but it should be a very small portion of the total solution. The key is to recruit non-paid members to write quality posts.
