This is the second year I am struggling to get my website in google's 1st page after the fall due to Penguin update. Following are the works I did for my website www.keralatourismpackages.co.in -
    #Removed all back links,
#Used disavow tool to suppress other can't remove links,
    #site design modified this year,
#created two blogs - one blog created in blogger and redirected as blog.keralatourismpackages.co.in and other blog is the WordPress module as a part of website keralatourismpackages.co.in/blog. Updating blog posts weakly once and sharing in social medias. All posts have good count of likes and plus
    # site has well maintained profiles in all main social media sites

After all these, still no improvement in site ranking. Blogs already listed in 3rd page for some low competitive keywords and not improving that too. Can anyone suggest what I have to do?

Are you sure about your website?
It has very very less traffic stats as i see from sources. You need not just do seo but also smm and content marketing.
I would give you suggestion try Pinterest and Instagram to gain some traffic, facebook would also be a nice but they will give more niche traffic to you.
Use webmaster tool and index the page, also gave sitemaps a try, update the contents on blog every day with fresh contents and share it on diffrent platforms like tumblr, reddit etc. DO bookmarking some what and atry to gain valid backlinks from good niche sites.

I personally have a website that I have had problems with seo from. Well it wasn't the panda my problem was I had a poor quality writer and what I did was delete some posts and it upset Google a bit.

So anyway what I did to recover it was very simple and it now gets 1000+ visitors a day just from SEO and this is since January so it hasn't taken long to hit this level. (four and a half months)

    And this is:

    1) move the blog onto thesis as it has better seo results
    2) blog every day (without fail) with quality unique content for at least 60 days and then blogging about 5 times a week (minimum)

Then with each blog post get them shared on social media and complete social bookmarking and thats it - rather simple and boring really!

    Hi

There are number of on-page errors on your site. First resolve all the on-page issues. Just download a tool named as "Screamingfrog" and check your all on-page issues that needs to be resolved.

Instead of posting daily. Create one or two good quality content weekly, and do the proper content marketing of that article.

    Thanks
