Seeking designer for simple lead capture/squeeze page & SEO

    I am a real estate investor looking to generate 100+ local leads (NJ/NY) for home mortgage modification services. I have an example of a squeeze page and a link to a 'form' or 'apply now page (full website w/links not needed)

    I will leave SEO to all who replay, whether it's PPC, blogging, article submission, etc.... I am willing to pay partial for design & SEO, partial back-end compensation. Very aggressive comp. for right person
