Some of my websites make over ten grand a week.... This implies all your websites combined make what.... at least thirty grand a week. Have you got evidence that your websites made 1.5 million dollars last year? What you are essentially requesting is for somebody to write for you on the condition that they only get paid if you do. This is pretty risky for a writer. Perhaps your offer is genuine but...with those terms: Why not just hire 100 writers and spread them out across various low cost sites. If just 10% of those sites are profitable, you make a profit.
