Seeking competant web designers

    I am looking for a few web designer(s) with the following requirements:

    -Can code XHTML Strict if needed
    -Can do CSS/JavaScript/XML/PHP and jQuery
    -Can design in Photoshop competently
    -Communicates well (speaks English well & understands American culture)
    -Has free time (we have a lot of work lined up) and willing to work for at least 6 months with us
    -Pay is per project
