    Need a web designer that can design clean, professional designs

    -I do not like gimmicky shadows, blurs, etc.
    -I like CLEAN, BASIC websites like mcafee.com, verisign.com, frogdesign.com and citrusbyte.com
    -Must have a portfolio of live websites
    -MUST be able to FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS
    -Must be coherent with English
    -FAST turnaround is a must, must be online all the time

    Price range for homepage: $60-110
    Price range for subpages: $20-40
