You are going to be very hard pressed to find a site which meets all your criteria in the tech/gadget/computer niche. Specifically the 70% US traffic requirement. My Google Analytics shows 40%-50% US visitors, and I thought that was pretty high compared to most other sites in this niche. If you lower that requirement, even a small amount, I would guess you'll get more viable candidates.
