Site I am Trying to Sell --> www [dot] HyerStandard [dot] com Hey guys I am writing this because I have no clue how to go about selling my blog, that is if selling is even an option. I have a site that is a news/politics/humor/entertainment blog that has been up for about 3 months now. I don't really do much advertising or anything to generate money from it (my only ads are 3 amazon.com books and 2 google adsense sections). Anyways I worked my rear off posting, adding, and developing the site and was lucky enough to go from a google PR of 0 to a google PR of 4 via their last update. My question has a couple parts, a) will the site even sell?, b) how much should I ask, and c) where do I go to list,sell, post, etc the site I am trying to get rid of. Thanks a lot before hand, I can only imagine how stupid I sound here, and for that I apologize.
Good PR sites with unique content will sell definitely. It would be better if you had some adsense earnings and post some screenshots of traffic or earnings. If you can show some earnings you can ask for 10-15months revenue. Just look for similar sites in the BST section. After you have completed 25posts and be a member for 14days you can list your site in the Buyselltrade(BST) section for free. Read this and the appropriate sticky's in BST section Just go through the sub-forums,read and you can learn a lot here.
