One thing I would offer is to get your spelling and grammar checked over. I noticed a number of mistakes and that would put me off as a prospective customer.

    Hi,

Here are my design inputs for your site :

    (1) I can see that your buttons for navigation have two different colors which does not give a neat look. Either you can have a horizontal menu bar instead of buttons as each button is of a different size.

    (2) "Satisfaction Guaranteed" , "Client spotlight" and "Contact Us" are the areas where you must focus a lot and give some bright colors so that it will be catchy.

    (3) You have chosen a dull color for your website. Make your website attractive with some blue's or greens. You can have two colors which can be contrasting.

    (4) Give a clean border for the site area.

Hope my inputs will be valuable! :)

Firstly the site isn't valid XHTML, over 70 errors were listed when I passed it through the W3C validator. To me this doesn't look good for a company that promotes itself as being able to provide custom web site design.

If I turn off images then I can't navigate to certain parts of the site. Additionally, if I turn off images then a lot of the sites content seems to disappear. Why is so much of the content displayed using images? Text contained with images will not be picked up by search engines. If you must use images for displaying text then at least have the 'pure' text contained within the body of your pages as well.
