I’ve been working on a personal finance blog (Smart Budgeting Blog) for about 25 days. It's already showing some good results with traffic and SEO optimization. Before deciding whether to monetize or sell it, I’d love to get your feedback. Here are some details about the blog:

What kind of scam are you trying to sell here?
There are tons of similar blogs on the internet; 80% of them are scams, and 20% are nonsense.

I understand that it might sound unbelievable that a new site already has 100-200 daily visits, but it’s entirely possible with proper promotion, SEO optimization, and quality content. In just 25 days, a site can accumulate a good amount of traffic, especially if you leverage social media, forums, and other platforms to increase visibility. Just because some websites fail or are scams, it doesn’t mean that every new site is like that.

As for my site, I’m not running any kind of scam - I’m working to build a quality online presence. If my approach doesn’t resonate with you, that’s totally fine, but there’s really no need to insult me. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but I’d rather seek advice from professionals who understand how digital marketing and web traffic actually work, not from those who make baseless assumptions.

First, as I mentioned before, my blog is new only 28 days old, and it has already achieved 3,200 pageviews in that time. This is not something that happens by chance. This growth is the result of proper SEO strategies and targeted keywords. So, in such a short period, this is already a significant success, which I was hoping to share with you. If this is surprising, it's because the blog is new, and one doesn't expect to get 100,000 visits overnight.
Additionally, this is a niche content blog, and while it may not have mass traffic, its value isn't solely based on traffic. The content is specific and targeted, and this means that the blog already has value, even without huge traffic. The blog is worth at least 100 euros, and that's a minimal estimate based on the niche market I’m addressing, which has its specific needs and a dedicated audience. Yes, this is a niche blog, so traffic isn't always measured in the same way as larger sites. But that doesn't mean the blog lacks value.
Regarding the theme, yes, it's simple, but it is 100% responsive. According to the stats, 1,000 visits from iPhone users is proof that the site is fully optimized for mobile devices. I don’t believe an outdated theme would get this much mobile traffic. The theme is simple, but that doesn’t mean it’s unusable or from 2005. On the contrary, the minimalist design I chose is meant to provide clean and clear user experience, without too many distractions that come with excessive ads or a complicated design.
In reality, these comments about the outdated theme are pointless. If I add more ads and banners, it would look like a site from 2017, which is actually standard for many blogs today, and it can't be seen as negative. In the end, it’s content and SEO that truly create the blog’s value.
As for the sale of the blog, as I’ve already mentioned, the realistic price is between 80 and 150 euros, and that reflects the blog’s current value, considering its specific characteristics and niche content. This blog is not a massive website generating millions of visits, but within the niche it operates in, it is worth more than just the starting price.
I understand that you may have a different perspective, but I think it’s important to appreciate the specificities of niche blogs, as well as the growth that has already been achieved in such a short period. The blog is still in its growth phase, but it already has its value, not only through visits but also through the quality of content and the audience it attracts.

I would also like to note that I have not insulted anyone, nor have I attacked anyone. However, I have been subjected to insults and negative comments about both myself and my site. I find it interesting that these actions have gone unpunished, while I'm the one being criticized for defending myself and explaining the value of my work.
