Therefore, I need your valuable comments and suggestions on the content and design of the site so that I can judge myself and proceed further. A lot of things under various heads are to be included in this site.

Well firstly, get rid of that free counter. Make yourself a simple PHP counter so it'll go with the top text. Also, you should make background a little less, well hurtful on the eyes. Advertising? No clue, I am still trying to figure out how to advertise www.yourhostsolution.com, lol.
First I agree. Get rid of the free counter entirely of use a php solution. You may want to 'bump' it a little. You have to either add content(like weird news rss for instance) or add some downloads(screensavers, etc.), funny videos/movie promo's(not youtube) and change them weekly/daily. Make a list of the top 100 weirdest searches and post on your site. You may even have search of the month. Your using google search so your site is not unique and that's what you need. Add things that makes people want to search with you. If you have access to those a lot of those sicking ebooks(gag) on like weight loss, relationships, dog gooming say like 25 min. out those on your site. Keep in mind you can't have software downloads with some affiliates. Hand list your site in web directories with a high pr(obvious). Just a few suggestions.
Hi friend, you are very correct, that I should not have use the free counter. But, really, I do not know how a simple counter is to be prepared? That is why, I put it here from a free link. Yes, you are right. I am just omitting the background of the home page now. Really, thankful to you for such a nice suggestions.
hi bwchowdhury, Here's my mini critique: This message "A true and reliable shopping site where you can lighten your shopping load..." is colored white. Can't see it without highlighting it. When I clicked on a link (Shopping), it took me to a page where the design is completely different from the homepage, I thought it was an external link. My suggestion is to create a header and footer that remains consistent through all pages so users won't think you brought them to another site. The image is nice as an art, but it doesn't give users any information about what your site is all about. When I clicked on Contact Us, it asked me for a password (what's this for?). And when I clicked cancel, it asked me again. It looks like some pages are still unfinished =) Regards, Claire
Hi friend, Heartfelt thankful to you for such a nice comments posted for my site. You are very correct that, i have to concentrate upon same design of the all pages. This is really a nice idea. As far as the page "Contact Us" is concerned, actually, the site is not yet completed. It is still under construction. In my software, there was an option found to be encripted any page with password. That is why, I was just trying it. Very soon, I will overcome upon this error. Hi First of all, I am having some problems figuring out what your site is about, and how I can benefit from it. You should add some text to help explain visitors how they can use your site.
I agree with xwishmasterx. It isn't clear what your site is about. Maybe Spell out the acronyms, explain the purpose of the tool bar, etc. Is it to just buy... anything?
