Seek to exchange 20 PR0-PR3 old websites/domains against 1

Hi,
I have too many domains & websites and not enough time to put content on them. I would like to exchange the following domains/websites against 1 website. Free push at godaddy.

I do not mind the language, the turnover or the topic of your website. What I would like is good content, good backlinks and good traffic with Google. I would prefer a static HTML website with not too many pages.
Please don't offer money, I'm only interested in an exchange. If you think your website is worth more than all of these together, please don't hesitate to make an offer. I'm open to add up to x,xxx $ for a good website.

General comment on the websites/domains

I've created none of the domains, I bought all of them. Some in auctions and some were purchased just after they've expired. Please assume there's no revenue nor traffic.

All domains are old or very old. I would say at least 5 years on average.
All content is unique. But unfortunately, most domains have no content :-(
Half of the domains are not anymore indexed in Google. Most of them have been removed from Google's index in the past months. I'm not sure why. But I guess they can go back with new content & backlinks.
