Just so you know, your professor is well known on DP for his laziness in never updating his curriculum. We get these same tired questions nearly every year from his latest batch of students. It is hard to provide feedback on your pricing matrix because we do not have much information. E.g., how large and expensive will the space rental be? How large and comprehensive will the booth structure be? These and other decisions have ramifications beyond their individual line items. E.g., what if you plan a large booth with an overhead spinning sign display? Not only will your shipping budget not be enough, but you will also need to pay an assembly fee for the booth and a rigging fee for the overhead signage. Many more questions like that need to be answered before any reasonable estimates can be made.
