Seeing ads as if I were in another country

I have several sites with adsense in other languages than my own. I target markets in several other countries.

My problem is that the ads I am served when checking the sites are targeted at me in my country. I would like to see the ads that people in the country that the site is targeted are seeing.

I seem to remember some addon to Internet Explorer that could do the trick, but I don't remember what it was called.

Can anyone help?
