Since you have a high reputation here in DP, I can offer you a small 10 hour demo account.
Limits are:

We do not put any speed restrictions on our servers, unlike the other hosts out there that do. Upload and download speed will be uncapped, meaning you can seed as fast as the server can go (which is about 100mbit)
There are also no limits on how much you can seed a torrent, you can seed a torrent as much as you want
