Fedora core is the os used in shared.

 

My ISP seems to have problems with me using bittorrent programs so if I download anything on my IP theres a good chance I could lose my internet service. Would a seedbox allow me to have control downloading torrents? Also, how would I get the downloaded files once they are finished downloading?

 

Yeah. First of all download the torrents that you need in the seedbox and later you can take the files via FTP for which details will be given.
