SEED of life

    I just want to share with you the SEEDS of life

    S - Sleep . Get enough sleep , 6-8 hours everyday

    E - Eat . Eat only when we are hungry and stop before we are full .

    E - Exercise . Exercise at least 3 times per week , 20 minutes per session

    D - Drink - Drink plenty of good water , not soda

    S - Supplement - Take some supplement .

    If you think wellness is expensive , try illness .

    Take good care of your health and life :)

    Oh man, I don't do even one of it. What should I do? Sometimes I don't have much time, and even I have time, I am tired already. Any suggest?
