    There's no way one can see who visited their profile. All the apps out there, which promise to show your profile visitors are just SPAM. Refrain from using such apps.

    Well, it is logical that you can't know who visited your site, but I'm pretty sure someone is now making such program.

    Facebook doesn't share that data through the API. It is definitely in Facebook's internal site logs, but that data is not accessible by 3rd party developers.

    That's not the real Facebook profile viewer count. It is a table of friends arranged in a such a way of interactions, including messages, FB pokes, online friends, Likes etc. Don't know what is the use of that table. But I believe Facebook use that table of friends for loading the most interacted friends for chats when you are online.
