    Hi guys,

Is there a service that will show you who is actively on your site (company name, location, click path, time on pages, etc)

I would like to capture this information and store it in our marketing list.

I doubt there is a tool that gives you such information, but I know one that will give you some though -- Google Analytics.

That will show traffic, but not exactly WHO is on the site, right?

Hmm okay I see what you mean. That might be a difficult feature to find in a tool.

I heard of a tool that does a reverse IP lookup on visitors to access your site, it sounds interesting.

If you are using Wordpress than probably you can use Wordfence plugin which have a option to see live traffic. It will display who is currently online on your site. It also display their ip address, ISP provider, Which browser using and country as well. So, I think it is what you are looking for.

StatCounter picks up on visitors with JavaScript turned off. And it reports some IP address information.

Google Analytics is one of website owners and webmasters.

    Here are the pros:-
    It’s free
    1. It’s easy to install
    2. Can be applied to website, mobile and other digital environment
    3. Allows importing data from other sources
    4. Allows cross platform linkage between other Google products
    5. Allows custom report creation
    6. Allows customized data collection
    7. Allows ecommerce and goal tracking
    8. Google provides free training online

    Here are the cons:-
    1. Limited number of Goals
    2. Creating custom reports is somewhat limited
    3. Upgrading Analytics Premium is expensive
    4. Requires constant training
Nothing is perfect anyway and hopefully such tools would evolve to become better and better. Remember, they have Google to back this project.
    The pros outweighs the cons.
