Ever heard of clicktale? This tool is a very awesome tool for all webmasters. I ever tried it myself and yes, I can see what my visitors did. You can take the FREE TRIAL if you want. This tool can provide you video of what your visitors did in your website. For example: If your visitor read your homepage for 30 second then he clicked the order button, clicktale show you everything in one video! I know this is sounds like I am promoting ClickTale but this tool is awesome, mate! You can see all your visitors did in your website. It's like we are spying them! Take the free trial and you know what I mean. Of course it's free but limited, like any other tools.
Then you should try it. You can see and record what your visitors did. I have tried the free trial and yes, it told me what my visitors did through videos. However, the free trial is limited. But still worth trying...
