My first question was going to be, "Okay, how did you screen capture it?" heh

Unless he's running on the 9x kernel, you wouldn't be seeing those kinds of blue screens anyhow, nor would you see a recycle bin in the bottom right corner. :)

    I feel really dumb now:
    a - Recycle Bin
b - How the hell do you screen capture a blue screen (yeah and don't be clever and say VM)

Arses - two people replied whilst I was typing, you're all gits

Trust me, stranger things have happened. I once found the recycle bin actually IN my room.

VM of course... (WTF is that?)

I do have two computers with ViVo so I can screen capture what the other one is outputting. Other alternative is a digital camera but maybe you guys never heard of those yet.

LOL. Really, I mean it, good work buddy :)

This happens when you have a song without a entry in the Artist field follwing one that has it. If you stop and replay it fixes itself until you come to that situation again.

Ah right, thanks for clearing that up. My mp3 tags are a mess but I don't feel like fixing 25GB worth of them.

Another issue. I'm at the office now without the pug-in and without WMP even on. Computer at home is sound asleep. Still shows a tune playing right now (and it could have been a more unfortunate one). Any ideas?

The program can only report when it's running so if you close the program before WMP the last playing tune will be displayed on the forums. I'll tweak the program so it always clears the tune on a clean shutdown, I think Shawn is going to modify the forum side to blank the tune every now and again to cope with unexpected shutdowns.

Not much I can do about the last artist thing, all it reports is what MS says, which by the looks is not always updated when all tags are not filled in, sorry.

Its still awesome. Maybe Shawn can just have it clear when you aren't online. Mine seems to stick after I'm gone.

I will try shutting down WMP first though and see if that clears it for when I'm not online.

Its great work regardless DCT and hopefully the people using it weren't stingy with the green ;)

That whole album is good in my opinion.

The only thing about displaying what you are listening to is some corny indulges can come up sometimes. I have about 5,000 songs playing like a juke box so who knows what will pop up. I have a pretty varied collection so don't be surprised if you see Vision of Disorder followed by Johnny Cash's - A Boy Named Sue

If you see Unknown, that means I changed the title because its just to embarrasing of a song to admit to ;)

I've uploaded a new version on my FTP site (if you want the address PM me), this version fixes the shutdown problem and clears the song when the program closes. If nobody reports any problems or have feature requests I'll pass it on to Shawn as the final final version.

I could always do a shareware version that lets registered users have a black list of songs not to share :D.

Could you drop the addy to my gmail account?

Stopping processes in order to turn my PC off is a pain ;)

I like the blacklist idea ;)

    Email sent
Has anybody got any complaints or requests before I hand the latest version over to Shawn. If a few other people want the blacklist thing I'll add it as it will only take a few minutes to implement.

Looks like I am having some issues. I can't get TrackMonitor to show my current song. When I view settings, the song is not displayed. I have tried restarting TM, rebooting, starting it before and after WMP10, but no love.

I am not using Itunes, but I did the workaround and am still having issues. Is there a reg key where some info is stored besides the autostartup key? It wanted to leave the auto run check box checked even after I unchecked it and clicked ok.
