I really like the logo design and the color scheme. I think the Adsense is a little too "in your face" when the page opens up, just my opinion but I wouldn't feel compelled to click on the ads. I guess if it were me I'd be using a 700 ish pixel header banner with maybe four text ads.Other than that I like the design.

 

Yeah, i think the point of a forum is to get people to sign up and participate in the community. My first look at the website is just all ads though. Hard to see the sign up button, and can't see any topics/posts until i need to scroll down quite a way..

use 1 leaderboard on top and 1 at the bottom

 

The template is white and dark, I like that. I don't like the logo though, It seems abit bland for me. Work on the logo text most as it seems abit low quality (jagged outlines) Other than that good design, keep it up!

You need to put content in the first place, not the ads.
