    The pictures are nice but I do not like the template, I think you should get a
    more professional template for the site.

    The template is okay, not very professional for a website of that sort.
    Maybe you should make all the images the same size to add organisation.

    I think it looks good but you definitely need a nice looking logo. The pictures are great.

    I would have you photo organized a bit better on the page. They seem to be all over the place. Maybe a similar image layout for in each post I also don't think you need the item in the parenthesis, (Home) for instance, in latest news.

    I would suggest:
    1) Add fav icon
    2) Oraganise yor home page photos .
    3) Add logo
    4) Add a copyright in the footer
    5) Maybe use a different template/colour scheme to make the site more appealing.
