    That IP will only work for you inside your own network... If you wanted us to see your cam show... you would have to use your "other" IP (the one that shows at whatismyip.com) and log into your router (192.168.1.1) and forward the port to the IP you have posted above... I believe that's the simplified version of how it would work.

    It's your local area network IP, or even assigned by your ISP ;)
    You need to have a Public IP instep to broadcast online.
