Great job though..Can i see the landing page if possible too?

 

I love the landing page. I may suggest for you that you give the user ONE intended action and presell them a bit more with your landing page. This will give them a larger reason to buy -- think of testimonials, other articles and such that just MAKE them wish to sign up with the lending site you are promoting. Landing page optimization should only increase your conversions -- think of using multivariate testing software added to your landing page as well as a few other tools.

Dang man, your average CPC is so high. Are you bidding on some really short competitive keywords? I know you're in the financing niche but still that's way more than i would ever pay.

I have a little lesson for everyone.... Bad things happen when you build a site and start an adwords campaign at 4am...

Things like... Entering the wrong URL...

Yea... Turns out, I entered the wrong URL for my ads - I used a word thats related but the correct domain that I have and the site is on. So the 15 clicks im up to now and the $18 ive spent were wasted on a "Server Not Found" message because the domain I was pushing the ads to didnt exist...

Now that the issue is rectified hopefully I can get back on track....

I feel dumb...

Been there myself a few times. My favorite mistake (sorry sheryl crow), is when I adjusted my .htaccess file and took down about 20 landing pages. I just made a little simple change, so I didn't bother to check it. Uploaded it then went hiking. When I got back, doh!

 

Well good news at least, I got 2 more clicks on Adwords and they immediately showed on CJ, no sales but nice to see clicks are tracking adn everything seems to be setup well..

It is so interesting....I cant access neither your site nor lendingtree..When i try to access your site i got error.Lendingtree does not open at all..But no problem for the rest of the web..
It seems your host has banned our country..Because when i use a proxy outiside our country i can connect both of them...

Good information for newbies to spend some money on adwords
Everyone knows that it's possible to earn money with adwords, you just have to find the right products and keywords as well as adjust bids. This will cost you a lot of money (in this case) and some time. All I wanted to say is that it's not the best to start adwords with $1.2 CPC.

 

Congratulations Friend, i also tried adwords but i found not that much luck, anyways i am still in and this is my 7 th straight month.

 

The form is provided by the affiliate. Most lending affiliates provide a "fill in the blank" type form that you can just insert onto your page. A few affiliates only provide banners that look like forms, but they are really just images.
