sedo seems have more members but they are good for auctions of premium domains. snap names is great place for domain auctions of expired / drop catched domains. even they do auction of other premium keywords
Snapnames Platform offers more flexibility in listing your domains (listing period, any price, etc.) In my experience, it is easier to sell non-premium domains on Snapnames. In Short, both platforms are very different and the quality of your domains would determine which one is more convenient.
