SEDO- stole my domain and have closed my account. Advice needed

I have never parked domains before, but decided to park and sell a few off.
I put them at sedo and after a few weeks had a couple of offers of sale for two of the domains. Sold first one - got paid, no problem.

Second one- waited two weeks after I transferred the domain to them and have not been paid for it. I asked about payment for my domain a few times but sedo just kept saying it wasnt transferred yet. My domain reg confirmed it in fact was and sedos buyer has changed the whois info even....

Three days ago, I got an email from sedo saying they were closing my account due to there being a problem with my traffic! They said that they dont belive my traffic is organic (it is) but they have decided not to pay me the huge amount of $14 I earnt from parking! I don't care about that small amount so much but (even though they are wrong on this)- they have had a very high traffic domain off of me and sold it on, the new buyers details are on the whois for the domain (although they seem to have my address on it still) and sedo has not paid me for the domain.

Sedo have closed my account and not paid me for my domain! They are not responding to emails from me either at sedo.

Anyone got any advice on this, I find this incredible and never expected to be having to deal with something like this when going through a company thats meant to be legit....
    Thanks

I have sold number of domains through sedo and have never come across such issues with them before.

What does the whois info tell about the last domain?

The new owners contact details as owner, but they have left my contact details as technical.
Still no response or payment from sedo for this domain.
Any one advise on what can be done about this?
As it stands, the domain has effectively been stolen from me.

When was the sale's date of the domain name? was it an auction or was it a purchase?

What is the domain name in question that you said was sold but never paid for?

What is sedo's email to you. Cut and paste it here. I believe someone will take a look at it for you if you show evidence here.

    Unless you are bluffing.
    Date?Domain name?Sedo's message?

I also had problems with Sedo, closing my account for illecit traffic possible SPAM, even though I had 0 or less than 10 clicks a month. I told them that and they said that they had no proofs but according to the rules they needed to close my account. I think Sedo is not too professional, they need to improve their clients relations in my opinion.

    Here is the email:

    Dear Sedo Customer,

While our quality management team was doing a routine check of parked domains, they found that an audit of your domains traffic was not converting to sales for our advertising partner\'s sponsors and per our agreement with them we could not accept it. After a more thorough examination of your traffic, our quality management team found that the traffic coming to your domain names was not natural (type in or related to search engine placement or past development). Our parking program can only accept natural traffic: Self generated traffic, incentivized traffic, or anything that does not result from natural traffic will not be accepted by our parking program.

Because of this we have no choice but to close your Sedo account and withhold your parking revenue. For more information on our parking Terms of Use, please visit the following link: http://www.sedo.com/about/policy.php?page=rules_parkers_us&tracked=&partnerid=&language=us

If you feel that this decision was made in error, or have any questions regarding this decision, please let us know.

I don't think I should put the domain on a forum for various reasons at this stage. If anyone feels that they can actually help, I could pm the domain details to them.

To re-state the most I made in a week was a measly $14 bucks for many, many domains. I was never intending to make money parking really, just to get the domains sold.

I did nothing wrong, did not promote the domains once they were parked either. The domains have never had any thing other than natural organic traffic either.

The domain was not auctioned, it was parked with a for sale notice on and an offer was made by the buyer who I presum saw the sale notice.

Sedo still has not bothered responding, and as I say the owner details have now been changed to the new owners, yet they have left my details on as tech contact - none of this is good...

    Thanks

Have you transferred the domain to Sedo? or to the new owner?

Are you able to login to your sedo account?

Also, try contacting new owner, try to get details of payment sent to sedo by them.

Wait a sec, when you transfer the domain to Sedo, all the contact details changes to Sedo's...

The changed whois should read like:

    Sedo LLC
    Domain Transfer Escrow Service (transferservice@sedo.com)

Again, are you sure you transferred the domain to sedo or to the party directly?

My goodness, I have a bunch of domains for sale at Sedo....can they do this to me? I mean, they just judge what the heck they want about your traffic source and close your account? I cannot believe what I'm reading, Sedo looked like such a webmaster-friendly company to me!

Sedo took payment for the domain, once they had it they confirmed that they had the payment and put messages in my sedo account telling me to unlock it and allow it to be transfferd to the new owner. On recipt- they would place the money in my paypal account.

They have not paid me for it still, as I said everytime I enquired, they said they didnt have it yet- wasnt transffered etc. That is bull, its transfferrred and contact details have been changed also.

In 5 days, sedo are no replying to emails either.
I caught up with a sedo rep on another forum, who just advised me to email sedo.....

They have closed my account down- I cannot login at all.

I suspect only because the new owner found his registrar insisted on a load of extra forms being signed to prove he was the new owner and I refused until this got sorted. I would not ever use these people again for anything. I would have rather dropped the domain than go through this level of hassle- poor company imho....

I never heard that? I never transfer the domain to SEDO why do you do that? When you use them they hold the money as in Escrow and then they let the money go when your domain is transfered why do you want to give the domain to SEDO. Stop email start calling!

Sedo sucks. They closed my account as well due to spam. I was getting 2 visitors per month to domains they claimed I used to promote with spam.

    Bullshit. Keep away from sedo!

These things happen now and again. NetworkSolutions.com still owes me $500 for a domain I sold two years ago.

Contact your registrar and inform them about the theft.... Make a big post about sedo stealing and maybe a PR and send it all over the net.....

Let them get some bad publicity...

Tell them that you are suing them and also contact the current buyer and tell them you are suing them also...

Maybe someone will chicken out and hand you the domain or the money due to you
