SEDO response time

Do you guys know why does it take so much time to Sedo team to reply to e-mails? I always receive a reply from them in 3-5 days, which is terrible. I can't stand waiting so much.

I think it would be much better if they could reply within 24 hours. In my opinion, this would also attract more domain names buyers / sellers. They need to speed up their customer support.

SEDO is horrible. I sold a domain before Christmas on Sedo and the deal is still not through. They assigned my some customer rep in Germany and although I write to her personal email I still don't get any reply from them. They have gotten to big that they can't offer proper customer service any more. That is the biggest mistake of all as the same thing happened with Google. Their adwords customer service is horrible.

I Sold a domain with them that only went through last week. And it started in November. I had good contact with the customer rep at first, then towards the end i had to wait 1 week before i got a reply that finally confirmed payment.
