Hello Well I'm working on the both sites but so far not sucedeed in selling my domains. Share you experience which domain marketplace helped you selling you domain ?
I'll be honest, those domains aren't going to sell anywhere. I would put a very long shot on any of them getting offers at these places considering the minimum bids. if you're desperate try selling on forums, only chance really imo.
Sorry to heard that. You need skill to sell the domain. Normally i will sell my domain at sedo coz there are many rich buyer.
I have my many domains listed on all major sites, but most of my names sell privately. I keep hearing about Sedo being good. It's been really NOT good for me. And I hold TONS of very valuable domains! I've sold a lot through Afternic, GoDaddy (people are ultra "cheap" through GoDaddy) & there aren't any "rich buyers" anywhere for anything that's not worth anything. If you have good domains, people will find you. They have found me. If the names aren't too good, you"ll be lucky to sell them anywhere. That's the way it works with anything. Even a "rich buyer" won't buy crap when they can afford the best! Hello???!!! You do need skill to sell ANYTHING. IMO you won't sell your DNs for much regardless of where you try. In general, you get what you pay for. Don't buy domains for cheap looking to resell! Just like in (physical) real estate - the good "properties" (aka. domains) never even get "listed". They're scooped up before they even get publicized on the market!!!!!!
I am having a change of opinion about sedo. Sedo need to seriously look at the issue of non paying bidders. Their customer verification system seems to be completely ineffective.
SEDO is biggest one and at the same time that is a bit high in the fees. But they still the biggest and most popular
Uh... Yea!!!!! I totally agree! SEDO is great if you have a one-word or premium, which 99.999999% do NOT! Are these statements about SEDO being so great being made by anyone who actually sold a name for more than $100????? I think not. BuyDomains/Afternic; Moniker/SnapNames; SEDO/GreatDomains. That's the line-up. Those are the biggies. But, still - at the same time... if you're names are "quasi" (& most sellers' are!!!!!!) it doesn't matter. They WON'T sell ANYWHERE. Good luck.
REMEMBER: The more names the more competition. Can YOUR name compete with the names that SEDO IS SELLING???? Prob. not. The more names on a site the more competition. The less likely you will sell YOUR domain. No Brainer. THINK.
Great Subject, I have worked with both, unless one has a great 3-5 word domain, or awesome income site. Rarely a response, unless a no reply that states a no thank you, your domains are of no interest. Many new auction sites are doing very well. I think the major auctions are really just overloaded thousands in each catagory I don't see how any company could market your domain efficiently. All companies need more dedicated sales agents to one customer/domains. 15% commission... a good thing,,,,, I'll do my best to get you a buyer if that was my field for auctions etc. That isn't happening, yet anyway..... Respectfully, leanback
I definately sell more via Sedo. I also get a lot of offers from namedrive.com Similar to Sedo , you can park your domains there which means they can attract some SE traffic and people can also easily make an offer on your name. The best way though to sell your domains is being proactive about it. Waiting for a person to buy those domains might take a LONG time. I would recommend running the domain terms through a search engine and seeing if any companies show up on the results. You can then contact them and see if they are interested. Be realistic on the prices though. $xx to $xxx for these names.
