Just wondering what the heck is going on here. 2 weeks ago (sept 15th) I sold a domain & website to someone via sedo. Transferred all control, pushed the domain, zipped up all files and sent them to sedo along with backend access in the event the new owner wanted to transfer them himself. sedo shows as payment received by them. however the monies have not been transfered to me and sedo has not replied to my past 4 emails asking for updates, clarification on status or anything. I just put the websites account on suspension and emailed sedo yet again as to why the account is suspended in hopes that when the new owner see's his site down, he will ask questions. anyone have a clue what the hell is going on with sedo? I've never had this issue before and it is pissing me off.
Hmm I don't really think you should make the guy that bought the domains off of your suffer because of problems with Sedo. So because Sedo makes a mistake you make the person that bought them pay for it? I wouldn't do business with someone like that....ever...
Well I've no choice in the matter.. Sedo is blowing me off, the domain is still under sedo's name.. so I am pretty darned sure that whatever the hold up is due to his not having it transfered to his enom account yet. In anycase, two people bitching to sedo "should" light a fire under someones ass to get something done.
well it turned out to be a good thing I did it this way.. the hangup was brought about by the buyers payment being the issue. Not sure of the exact happenings (as sedo didn't go into great details) but the buyer finally corrected his payment issue once he noticed the site offline and contacted sedo to find out why. So score one for being pro-active. now, to get him off my server lol.
