Hi all, bought a domain name 5 weeks ago using sedo - the first time! Paid for it, but not received anything yet I have rang sedo 3-4 times and they keep palming me off with something like this "we are waiting for an auth code from seller" My sedo buyer panel shows the following third reminder 12/12/07 3. Reminder: This domain requires an authorization code (AUTH-Code) in order to be transferred. We have asked the seller for the code and will send it to you as soon as possible. -------------------------------- My questions Does SEDO normally take this long, i have previously bought domains on here and got it sorted in days! Is it possible to get the phone number of the seller from SEDO Any other help or experience would be much appreciated Merry Christmas to all DPers
I do not think it takes this long although I have never managed to sell a domain through sedo. It must be that the seller must have just regged the domain recently and is waiting for the 60 day transfer restriction to finish before he can initiate a transfer. Merry Christmas to you too zaczebra.
I have a similar problem, domain is sold at Sedo, the buyer has not yet sent the transfer request. I keeping sending emails to the Sedo rep daily. The buyer has already paid Sedo.
