Sedo - Can sellers back out of sales?

    Hi all,

I won an auction on sedo.. It's been about 7 days and the seller still hasn't sent the auth code. I bought a few domains from sedo and received the code the same day. I'm wondering...are sellers aloud to just cancel out of a sales agreement? Anyone experience a similar situation? Is this typical?

    Thanks

sellers are not actually allowed to do that...
Report sedo and they will ban him..

my experience: I wanted to know the value of my domain, I added it at sedo and then I refused to sell it and the Sedo banned me...

Interesting....this is not good, i'm already making plans for this domain and wasted my time bidding on it during the auction...all sedo does is ban your account??? I'm not liking Sedo anymore...I believe sedo should have the seller transfer the domain to them so its in there possession before it goes up in a live auction.

Looks like this prick cancelled the auction after 20 days. Sedos last crappy response

Transaction cancelled by SedoIt has not been possible for us to complete the transfer due to the fact that the seller did not fulfill his part of the transaction. You can take a legal action against the buyer since he failed to fulfill his part of the contract, therefore we have made his contact details available in your sedo contract.

As Sedo is continually striving to improve service performance and provide greater value to our customers, we ask that you please take a moment to follow the link below and answer a few survey questions.

Your opinion is greatly appreciated and valued. The survey will only take a minute, and will help us to better serve you in the future.

Thank you for your time and consideration.
