I have just sold a domain. The transfer did go through in MINUTES (can't explain how come it was that fast!) until a point where they are asking me to upload an invoice with the full amount. I sold many domains but they never asked for an invoice. Isn`t their business to send the invoice to the buyer? Here is their message: "The buyer has submitted payment to our escrow and has requested an invoice. Please create an invoice and upload it as a PDF"
now a days sedo behaving weird several domainers accounts are closed without any reason and funds are simply swallowed so just make sure your all the communicated emails are saved when selling
