'Security' password

With all the hacked accounts scamming people, a 'security' password should be introduced that only the real owner knows. When the account is hacked, the real owner can enter the security password somewhere, and 'Lock' the account.

Then they can scan their computer, remove any keylogger, change their passwords to the email, etc.

Then they can contact a moderator to unlock their account. (although this it the part where im not sure how it can be proved that the real owner is contacting them. I was thinking maybe phoning, but mods dont get paid and it would cost money to phone)

That is a good idea killaklown all the would have to do is send the email from the account they registered with. I know emails can be spoofed but if they include the ip they used then it should be all good.
