    Hello

I have couple of server with http://www.hetzner.de/en/ and i have big problem. I am getting complain that my IP is use for spam and virus attack. I am request hosting to provide me PATH of file so i will delete that but they are not providing any path and it is really hard time to find that file in 4 GB file storage.

can you please tell me any free tool that can scan and find the file for me ? It is really high security compromise by hosting company.

Yes, you can install Malder or ClamAV. They are free and easy to use.

Are you using cpanel? If so by setting up a email limit cap(I.e 100 emails an hour or so.), And install CSF, ClamAV and doing a simple setup should solve your issue.

Ask them for some logs regarding the attack and confirm how the attack was initiated. If this not helping any ways then you must install CSF/APF as well as maldet/Clamscan and do a scan over the entire accounts to find the attacker
