i dunno where to post this so i am gonna do it here. hope its cool.

as my site begins to really take off, i am starting to worry about security and hackers, things like that. where can someone go to have people test their site. almost like ex-hackers that will give your site the up and down, then tell you what, if any problems they are. any ideas?

You could hire a server admin to test your configuration and firewall, no need for a hacker

In order to eliminate those problems you should hire a professional programmer which will code without any security wholes. You can also set up SSL if you use some kind of credit card processing features.

The best thing to do is, make a complete backup of your site and make an announcement offering $200.00 for the first person who can hack your site.

Then offer them another 200 to fix the problem.

I have just sent you a private message.

I hope to hear from you soon.

By the way $200 is nothing compared to what you would have to pay me just to look at your site.

If you’re asking to verify my knowledge I don’t think many people on here would be able to.

But if you want to call my last company I worked for which was RSA they would be able to.

PS: If this is your site http://www.ly2.com/ I would suggest you to look for some one else.

The Price I would Charge you Per Hour or for the Job I don’t know if it’s worth the value of the website.

I went ahead and took a look, the site is wide open. I sent him a pm. I can fix the immediate threat, and I won't charge him. But, from what I have seen so far thier could be alot of holes :(
