    Securing a payment processing account (Check21/RCC/ACH) or an outbound call center has become particularly difficult in recent times. Due to fraud caused by a few bad eggs in the industry, the "good guys" -- the efficient call center, struggles to now operate effectively. This can be a amazingly lucrative business and a valuable service to provide to a company. The ability to accept non-cash payments can differentiate one call center from the other.
