To all experienced programmers, I am looking for someone who can suggest an idea and also program a secure site for me to where I can upload numerous video online tutorials or video training. This sharing portal needs be Secure with a login (admin and viewers) Upload unlimited videos be able to file the videos or ogranized into sections or folders can be viewed by 10-15 people at once I know that there are sites out there that can host this and pseudo the work that i am looking for. However, id like to know if we can build something secure like this and be available on my website and for me to host it within my server.
