Secure Contact Form?

    I am hoping that someone can direct me to someplace I can purchase a secure contact form to be added to one of my website. It needs to be secure from spam, or any other type of hacks/website attacks. The site sees thousands of daily visitors, and the possibility of spam or attacks is somewhat high.

    Thanks for the link. I would prefer to use something other than a code generator. Perhaps a pre-built script of some sort? I also cannot use any form that will require a backlink to its creator, so I am prepared to purchase full rights what I need.
