Section Targeting

    Any pros/cons to using adsense section targeting? The ads on my homepage are not very relevant, they seem to be keying off the domain name and not the content on my page.

    rich content is the KING, but sometimes blocking un-relevant sites will also help

    Incorrect use of section targeting can lower the relevancy of ads so you've got to be careful.

    Make sure that you have the right keywords in your filenames, titles, meta description and keywords, headings and links. Section targeting can help too.
