Section Targeting with Technorati Tags

I have been experimenting with Technorati tags with one of my blogs. Currently I display tags at the bottom of each blog post. If I am having a hard time displaying relevant ads, do you think it would be acceptable to use the section targeting tags to target these keywords to display relevant ads?

I'm not sure about this, but aren't the technorati tags provided through javascript? if it uses javascript, section targettting will not change a thing as the adsense bot won't be able to read the javascript output.

No, no Javascript. Typical output is something like this:
    <p class="tags">Tags: <a href="http://technorati.com/tag/wordpress" title="See the Technorati tag page for 'wordpress'." rel="tag">wordpress</a>, <a href="http://technorati.com/tag/seo" title="See the Technorati tag page for 'seo'." rel="tag">seo</a></p>
    Code (markup):

I decided to contact Google about this. To summarize, no it isn't acceptable. If anyone is interested, take a look at my write up.
